Drivetto requires users to create an account to use the App. During the registration process and usage of the App, Drivetto may collect personal identification information from Users including, but not limited to, name, email address, vehicle license plate numbers, location (which could be in the form of country and postal code or precise coordinates as chosen by the user), and photos for vehicle verification. Users are required to provide this information to access the functionality of the App.
Additionally, users have the option to log in to the App using their social media accounts such as Facebook, Google, or Apple. When users choose to log in using a social media account, Drivetto may collect information from their social media profile as permitted by the respective social media platform's privacy settings.
Drivetto may collect and use Users' personal information for the following purposes:
Drivetto implements appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices, along with security measures, to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Users' personal information, account credentials, transaction details, and data stored within the App.
Drivetto does not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to third parties. However, Drivetto may share aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding Users with third-party service providers, trusted partners, or affiliates for the purposes outlined above.
Users have the right to delete their account and associated data at any time. Upon account deletion, Drivetto will permanently remove all personal information associated with the User from its database, subject to any legal obligations or necessary retention periods.
By using the Drivetto App, Users consent to the collection and use of their information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Users are advised to periodically review this policy for any changes.
